NEW YORK, April 9, 2009 -- COMEDY CENTRAL has signed comedian Nick Swardson to shoot a one-hour stand-up special, it was announced today by Elizabeth Porter, senior vice president, specials and talent, COMEDY CENTRAL. The stand-up special will tape on April 10 at the Paramount Theater in Austin, Texas and is set to air this fall. COMEDY CENTRAL HOME ENTERTAINMENT will release the DVD this fall.
