Jamaican Bobsled Team back in Canada
The Jamaican Bobsled Team, the team who became famous after they crashed on the Calgary track, is now thinking at the 2010 Olympic Games. The team plans to compete in a World Cup in February at the bobsled and luge track at the Whistler Sliding Centre.
The members of the Jamaican bobsled team:
- Captain/Driver: Winston Watt
- Brake Man: Thomas Wayne
- Brake Man: Clive McDonald
- Skeleton: Ricky Simms
The Jamaican Bobsled Team was also an inspiration for the movie “Cool Runnings“, the movie was inspired by the bobsled team efforts to make it to the winter olympics. They were known as Cool Runnings Team.
