Green Card Lottery 2008
The green card lottery or Diversity Immigrant Visa Program entry period starts Thursday, about 55,000 foreign citizens will resettle in the United States. The entries will be accepted until noon on Dec. 1 β only electronically at dvlottery.state.gov
Participation in the lottery is free, you’ll need a digitized photo of yourself, plus separate photos of your spouse and children under 21
